The Confidence Playbook
The Confidence Playbook consists of four (4) 60-minute sessions. This is the foundational framework we teach ALL athletes, regardless of their current level (high school, college, or pro).
Through the Confidence Playbook, you'll gain practical strategies and techniques that can be immediately applied to improve your performance. You'll also conduct a deep dive to identify the sources of confidence that may be your performance.
