Learn the 3 sources of confidence holding you back and the 3 sources of confidence needed to propel you forward.

Develop an understanding of how to become a master of your thoughts and define specific ways to gain control of your emotions.

Mental Performance Training

The Confidence Playbook

The Confidence Playbook consists of four (4) 60-minute sessions. This is the foundational framework we teach ALL athletes, regardless of their current level (high school, college, or pro). 

Through the Confidence Playbook, you'll gain practical strategies and techniques that can be immediately applied to improve your performance. You'll also conduct a deep dive to identify the sources of confidence that may be your performance.

  • Three "Gears" that Make an Elite Athlete

  • 3 outer-sources of Confidence

  • 3 inner-sources of Confidence

  • How to escape your "Dead Zone"

  • The Confidence Equation

  • The "Golden Rule" of Performance Psychology

  • Disadvantage into Advantage

  • Strategies to Improve Mental Toughness

  • Dissecting the "Achiever's Mindset"

  • Overcoming Fear of Failure as an Elite Athlete

  • Identify Performance Gaps in all Three "Gears" as an Athlete

The Pressure Playbook

The Pressure Playbook consists of four (4) 60-minute sessions. This playbook is taught after The Confidence Playbook. 

The Pressure Playbook is a practical and comprehensive mental model that equips athletes with strategies and techniques to maximize their abilities when the stakes are at their highest. It's not just theory; it's a set of tools you can use in the heat of the moment, ensuring you perform at your best when it matters most.
